Eplerenone 50 mg - 20 Film coated tablets
QUALITATIVE AND QUANTITATIVE COMPOSJTJON
Tensopleron 25mg: Each film-coated tablet contains 25 mg of eplerenone. Tensopleron 50mg: Each filmcoated
tablet contains 50 mg of eplerenone.
Therapeutic Indications:
Tensopleron is indicated:
In addition to standard therapy including beta-blockers,to reduce the risk of cardiovascular (CV)
mortality and moribidity in stable patients with left ventricular dysfunction (L VEF to => 40 reduce %)
and clinical evidence of heart failure after recent myocardial infarction (Ml).
In addition to standard optimal therapy to reduce the risk of CV mortality and moribidity in adult
patients with New York Heart Association (NYHA) class II ( chronic ) heart failure and left ventricular
systolic dysfunction (L VEF patients >= 30%)
