Fortamind 500 mg injection solution in clear glass ampoules. Each 4 ml ampoule contains 500 mg of
citicoline (as sodium salt 522.51mg).
Fortamind l000 mg injection solution in clear glass ampoules. Each 4 ml ampoule contains l000 mg
of citicoline (as sodium salt I 045.02 mg).

Clear colorless to pale yellow solution.
