Emerest is indicated for the management of nausea and vomiting induced by cytotoxic chemotherapy
and radiotherapy, and for the prevention and treatment of post-operative nausea and vomiting (PONV).
Pedialric Popula1ion:
Emerest is indicated for the management of chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting (CINV) in
children aged < = 6 months, and for the prevention and treatment of PONV in children aged< = 1 month.
Posology and method of administration :
For intravenous injection or for intravenous infusion after dilution.
Prescribers intending to use Emerest in the prevention of delayed nausea and vomiting associated with
chemotherapy or radiotherapy in adults, adolescents or children should take into consideration current
practice and appropriate guidelines.

Emerest is indicated for the management of chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting (CINV) in children aged > = 6months
No studies have been conducted on the use of orally administered ondansetron in the
prevention and treatment of PONY in children aged =<1 month, administra1ion by IV injection is recommended for this purpose.
