Name of the medicinal product
Clograstat 0.25mg/mL concentrate solution for infusion.
Qualitative and quantitative composition
Each 1 mL contains Tirofiban hydrochloride 0.281 mg (Equivalent to Tirofiban 0.25 mg).
Pharmaceutical form:
Clograstat is a clear sterile colorless concentrated solution in vial for intravenous infusion.
Therapeutic Indications:
Clograstat is indicated I for the prevention of early myocardial interaction on in adult
Patients presenting with acute coronary syndromes within ST elevation (NSTE-ACS)
With the lats episode of chest pain occurring within 12 hours and with ECG changes and/or elevated
cardiae enzymes
Patients most likely to benefit from Clograstat treatment are those at high risk of
developing myocardial infarction within the first 3-4 days after onset of acute angina symptoms
including for instance those that are likely to undergo an early percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI).
Clograstat is also indicated for the reduction of major cardiovascular events in
patients with acute myocardial infarction (STEMI) intended for primary PC!.
Clograstat is intended for use with acetylsalicylic acid (ASA) and unfractionated
heparin.
